Welcome to the Edelweiss holiday apartment Bergundthal. The apartment is located on the edge of the village of Flims in the direction of Fidaz and is just a few minutes' walk from the Flims Dorf Post bus station. The 3.5 room apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment block and has a total of 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. A fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, small freezer compartment, hob and oven, as well as a Nespresso capsule machine (Koenig), toaster, hand mixer, 4-piece raclette and fondue. The Teppanyaki grill is unfortunately not functional and therefore can not be used. The living room offers a cosy retreat, equipped with a TV, an intelligent Alexa control for convenient operation and a warming fireplace that creates a great atmosphere for spending time together. From the dining area, you can access the terrace, which is furnished with lounge furniture. The view over Flims and the Surselva mountains invites you to spend cosy evenings, especially in summer. In the basement of the house property you will find a washing tower with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a general room for ski storage. The real estate also has a sauna room (registration required on site). There are 1 underground parking space and one uncovered outdoor parking space available. All additional vehicles must be parked in the public parking spaces or in the public car parks. The garage height is 2.00m Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Conditions and extras
Extras: A deposit of CHF 300.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age.Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
