A spacious atrium and lounge area form the center of this luxury residence where the concierge welcomes you. In walking distance you will find a bakery, supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Nearby you can visit lake Cauma, the famous Rhein Canyon and the Sports Center Prau la Selva. A ski shuttle picks you up from the main entrance and drives scheduled from and to the gondola station (service available from Christmas to the End of the ski season). With good snow conditions you can ski within a few meters of the building along the Waldhaus slope.

Luxurious 4.5 apartment 240sqm at the residential building of The Mountain Suites, in walking distance from the cable car station of Flims. Available for a max. of 6 adult +2 children. 3 bedrooms with TV and each one with bathroom and shower/bath tub. Rustique parquet and underfloor heating throughout. The apartment is located in the main building on the fourth floor with stunning views over the mountain landscape of Flims and the region.
The livingroom is spacious and airy with free-standing fireplace and dining area. The kitchen (open plan) is well equipped with a fridge and integrated freezer, induction cooking field, steamer, water cooker, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine (capsules can be purchased at the bar), and i-pod docking station. One bedroom offers the option to switch the couch to a bunk bed for 2 persons (suitable just for kids until 12years).

Ski storage, mailbox, washing machine and tumble dryer (private use) is also available. For this apartment, two parking spots within the underground parking is available, access with your parking card provided upon check-in. Parking for 2 cars, internet, costs for heating, water, etc. is included in the total costs. So is bedlinen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted.

Conditions and extras
A deposit of CHF 800.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival.
Bed and bathlinen is charged per person from 0 to 99 years. Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 35.-, CHF 30.- bed linen only, towels CHF 6.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair is available for CHF 150.- per stay upon request.
