Holiday apartment - 6 persons - Via la Hoia - 7018 - Flims Waldhaus

The apartment (Non smoking) is located on the ground floor with a private terrace and surrounding gardens. It has a cozy livingroom with fireplace, spacious dining area, radio and TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge (incl. freezer copartment), dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, raclette set and a nespresso coffee machine. There is one bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds and a third bedroom with bunk bed. In addition to the bathroom, a separate toilet is available. Underground parking can be used and as well as a shared washing machine operatet with CHF 0.50 coins. Please notice that there is only one parking space available. All addition cars have to be parked at the public parking facilities in Flims.
Bed linen and towels, final cleaning, VAT and all taxes is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted

Conditions and extras
Extras: A deposit of CHF 500.- has to be provided by credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) upon arrival. Bed and bathlinen will be charged per person from 0 to 99 years of age. Linen and towel change possible on request at the following rates per person: bed linen and towels CHF 30.-, CHF 25.- bed linen only, towels CHF 5.- per piece. Additional cleaning services is possible by an hourly rate of CHF 50.-
Babybed incl. bedding and highchair incl. transport, setup and removal is available for CHF 200.- per stay upon request.
