Modern 5.5-room maisonette apartment with 120m² in a multi-family house in Flims Waldhaus.

The apartment features 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 or 3 single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub and WC, the other with a shower and WC. Living/Dining room: A large open living and dining area on the upper floor. A Swedish stove is available. There is a large dining table for 10 people, a leather sofa set with 2 sofas, and a flat-screen TV. A large terrace with a table, lounge chairs, and a parasol, offering midday and evening sun.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, two raclette grills, and two fondue sets.

The large terrace offers panoramic views of the ski area towards Crap Sogn Gion.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. You can use the Wi-Fi and digital TV for free. A parking space in the garage is reserved for you. In the basement, there is a ski room and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided for you. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The apartment is located in a quiet area in Flims Waldhaus. During the winter season, the shuttle bus stops directly in front of the house and takes you conveniently to the Flims valley station. Shopping facilities are available at the post office in Flims Waldhaus, about 650 meters from the house. The Caumasee can be reached in about 15 minutes, and the Crestasee in about 30 minutes on foot. The valley station in Flims, with various shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 1.2 km away.
