Description

The 2.5-room apartment, which I renovated in 2018, offers plenty of feel-good space for up to three people. Located in a quiet part of Flims, you can reach the center in just 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has a garage parking space in the immediate vicinity.
The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of space for cozy evenings at home. The sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable bed (width 1.40 m). From there you have direct access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of green meadows, snow-covered mountains and Flims Waldhaus.
The new and modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers you the opportunity to cook for yourself. A comfortable bed (width 1.60 m) awaits you in the separate bedroom. A chest of drawers and an open closet offer plenty of space for your clothes.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and natural light and is also fully equipped with towels, hairdryer and additional radiant heater for particularly cold winter days.

The apartment is located in the apartment building "Casa Prau Gron" in a quiet residential area and is at your sole disposal during your stay. You will have your own private entrance. The apartment door is the first door on the left after the first landing. You also have access to the cellar, where you can easily store your skis, ski boots or mountain bikes. There you will also find a washing machine (coin-operated) and a drying cupboard.

I will welcome my guests in person whenever possible. In case I cannot be there myself, I will arrange for a smooth check-in and check-out.

PS: I would be very grateful if you could dispose of the waste bag before you leave to avoid unpleasant odors. Thank you very much!
