Description

Ftan is situated at 1650m in Scuol in the lower Engadine. Ftan is a popular holiday destination in summer and in winter.

In winter, a chairlift brings you directly from Ftan to the large ski slopes Motta Naluns. The chairlift is easily accessible from the house (5 minutes on foot) and in good snow conditions you can ski all the way back to your holiday home!

Parking for all the flats is available in front of the house.
There is a ski room and a separate shoe room on the ground floor right by the entrance. A washing machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor of the house nr 117 A is located the non-smoking apartment with a bedroom, a kitchenette and a small bath- and restroom. The apartment was gently renovated and repainted in autumn 2013. The electric storage heating recharges over night and provides an enjoyable warmness.
Electricity and further expenses have to be settled with the separate form.

Heating winter: CHF 50.00 per week, Heating summer: CHF 40.00 per week, Laundry per Person per week: CHF 20.00, Final cleaning: CHF 50.00, Taxes: CHF 2.80 per Person per day

The settlement has to be done via landloard.

Conditions and extras
The additional costs include the cost of heating (flat rate for electric heating per day), linen (sheets and towels per person), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
