Description
Discover our charming semi-detached house in picturesque Ftan-Grond, located at the western end of the village. The perfect base for your adventures in the Engadin, just a few minutes' walk from grocery shops, the post office and the bus station. Ideal for families, a children's ski and toboggan slope with magic carpet and ski school is just a 2-minute walk away. The valley station to the large ski area is just 500 metres away, as is the possibility to hire ski equipment.
In our 3 1/2-room flat on two floors, you can expect not only an excellent view of the village and the Engadine Dolomites, but also an inviting interior. The entrance hall with cloakroom and wall cupboard leads into the bathroom with bathtub and WC. A spacious dining and lounge area of 40 m² with fireplace, piano and TV invites you to linger. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and fondue set. The bedrooms offer both double and single beds, including bed linen, which is washed by the flat carer.
The outdoor area offers plenty of space for outdoor relaxation with a covered balcony and a garden seating area with garden furniture and two parasols. An underfloor garage with remote control and a private parking space as well as a table tennis table are available. Additional parking space is also available.
The surrounding area offers a variety of leisure activities, including mountaineering, ice skating, climbing and, of course, skiing. The proximity to the Bogn Engiadina in Scuol and the option of swimming in the Lai da Padnal bathing lake round off the offer. Hiking maps and Romansh literature are available for those wishing to explore the regional culture.
