The charming flat, newly built in 2023, is located in the extension of the over 100-year-old house in the centre of Ftan. The high-quality furnished flat is ideal for a couple looking for a relaxing mountain holiday in the magical Lower Engadine mountains. A living and dining room with open-plan kitchen, including dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Internet WLAN and sofa, invite you to linger. The spacious and light-flooded bedroom with large double bed and sofa is the perfect place to relax. There is a ski room on the ground floor. The washing machine/tumbler in the cellar can be shared. The car can be parked at the crossroads next to the house or in one of the many public car parks. A socket for an electric car is available on request, please enquire with the landlord in advance.
