Discover the charm and beauty of our holiday home, situated on a sun-drenched high plateau at 1650 metres above sea level. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the impressive mountain panorama of the Lower Engadine Dolomites and the peaceful atmosphere that surrounds our home. Equipped with a sunny garden seating area, this is the ideal place for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers.

Inside, the holiday accommodation boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fully automatic DeLonghi coffee machine. Entertainment is provided by a television and a radio with satellite reception, complemented by wireless internet. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which is ideal for two small children or one adult. In the bedroom, an additional folding bed provides flexibility in your sleeping arrangements.

The outdoor area is particularly child-friendly with a fenced garden that offers safety for small children. The sunny garden seating area invites you to spend relaxing hours with a view of the mountains. As part of our small community, there is also a large dog and two Norwegian Forest Cats who are friendly companions for animal lovers.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of activities for the adventurous. The Swiss National Park is right on the doorstep. Excursion destinations such as Merano, Landeck, Davos or St. Moritz can be reached within 1-2 hours. Sports enthusiasts will find opportunities for mountaineering, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours and more. In winter, a chairlift provides access to the Motta Naluns ski area, and there are cross-country ski trails, toboggan runs and winter hiking trails.
