4-bedroom apartment on the upper floor in a two-family chalet. Private parking space at house access. The holiday home has an electric kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, 4 bedrooms and a shower with WC. Washing machine and dryer for exclusive use. Balcony and terrace. Living area approx. 100 m2. During the summer season the garden with children's playground and fireplace can be used. In winter Skihäsli taxi stop less than 100 m next to Chalet Gibu, ski slope accessible by ski. Wi-Fi available, Nespresso machine, microwave and toaster also on site. Balcony around the front of the house with beautiful valley view or mountains/summits as well as garden terrace with "evening sun." View of Badsee (approx. 75 metres in altitude below the property). In high summer, a "children's pool" can be set up on request on the house square. Ping pong table available as well as basketball basket.
