An old barn has been transformed into an oasis of well-being. Unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Simply relax body, mind and soul. This designer flat with a touch of luxury offers a cosy retreat. The vaulted ceilings and open-plan layout are ideal for spending time with your family or friends. The balcony lets you enjoy the beautiful view over the green landscape. Weather permitting, you can see the mountains in the distance. With a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area and cosy bedrooms, this place has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The flat is one of two holiday flats in this building and is located on the top floor with 2 stairs to climb (no lift). It has a master suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has two single beds, which could also be converted into a double bed, and a separate bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, there is a gallery with 2 single beds under the roof, which is accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room. A unique place that offers plenty of space to spread out. On special request, we can set up one or two fold-out single beds for up to 8 guests

Guest access
Guests have private access to their flat through the main entrance of the house. There are two flights of stairs to climb to the top floor 2nd floor (no lift). Outside the entrance is a locker. You will be given a code to open the locker and given the key to your flat. This means that guests can check in themselves at any time after 16:00. A guest car park is available in front of the house. On request and for a fee there is a garage parking space, also with electric car charging point. The bus stop (Postbus) is only a few steps away. Buses run every hour in both directions, either to Weinfelden or to Ermatingen.

Hattenhausen is a picturesque farming village nestled in the green hills of Thurgau in eastern Switzerland, close to the beautiful Lake Constance.
There is plenty to see and do within 5-30 minutes by car. Many castles and monasteries are open to visitors, nearby medieval towns with their cobbled streets invite you to take a stroll. The cafés in the side streets and many restaurants offer local delicacies. Take a boat trip on the lake or down the Rhine to Schaffhausen with its famous Rhine Falls. Play a round of golf at Lipperswil Golf Club, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Switzerland with magnificent views, just 5 minutes after leaving your flat.
Treat yourself to a wellness day at Golf Panorama, just 5 minutes away.
Children can enjoy an exciting day at Conny Land Lipperswil, just 5 minutes away by car.
You can explore the surrounding countryside by bike and take a break at castles or traditional country inns or simply have a picnic and enjoy nature. For hikers, there are many well-marked footpaths and small side roads. The popular Napoleon Loop passes right on our doorstep. From here you can go on half-day or day trips to neighbouring cantons, the mountains or nearby destinations in Germany.
