A spacious, bright living room with dining table and sofa invites you to linger. The modern kitchen with dishwasher and the sanitary facilities - a shower/WC and a separate WC - complete the comfortable living ambience.
Outside, a small paradise of around 400 m² is revealed: a covered seating area with a fireplace and windbreak, a cosy grape pergola and a seating area directly on Lake Zug offer delightful opportunities to unwind. The beautiful lawn invites you to sunbathe and relax, while the direct access to the lake inspires water activities.
