This exclusive holiday residence, built in traditional Grisons style, promises an unforgettable stay with its picturesque view of the surrounding mountains and the Prättigau valley. Thanks to its ideal location, "Haus Fless" is both easily accessible via the Gäuggeliweg and just a few minutes' walk from local transport links, making it the perfect base for your explorations.

Inside you will find an extremely tastefully and comfortably furnished 3 1/2 room flat on 86 m2 on the first floor, accessible by lift for your convenience. The jewel of the flat is the 36 m2 light-flooded living room with an open fireplace and a cosy dining area that invites you to linger. You also have access to state-of-the-art amenities such as a TV, radio, CD & DVD player with surround system and WLAN. The adjoining kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped with crockery for 12 people, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, dishwasher as well as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, raclette and fondue set. Entertainment is also provided with a selection of books, DVDs, bike and hiking maps.

Here, four garden chairs, a bench and two small tables invite you to enjoy the impressive view to the full. Just a short drive or bus ride away, you can reach the mountain railways of the Gotschna / Parsenn and Madrisa region, which invite you to enjoy impressive panoramas and adventures. In winter, a paradise for ice skating, cross-country skiing, sledging, indoor tennis and much more awaits you.
