The flat is also ideal for longer-term occupancy or for working from home. It can be rented by individuals or for longer periods on individual request.

The flat is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day and offers you maximum quality of life both visually and functionally thanks to its open-plan design and high-quality furnishings, consisting of living room furniture such as TVs, shelves and comfortable armchairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and even a balcony.
