Welcome to our charming holiday home in the Engadine, perfectly located for an unforgettable holiday. This cosy 2-room flat on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony offers the ideal setting for relaxing hours with a beautiful view. Thanks to the lift, your comfort is guaranteed. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the beautiful landscape that surrounds this home away from home. The bus stop is practically on the doorstep.

Inside, you will find a tasteful interior that offers both comfort and style. The spacious 25 m² living room/bedroom, furnished with a large Swiss stone pine buffet, a dining area framed by Swiss stone pine walls and a Swiss stone pine slate table, creates a unique atmosphere. You will also find a cosy sofa bed and a coffee table with an antique sofa and embroidered chairs for relaxing moments. The smaller bedroom, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a kitchenette with practical equipment round off the offer. Wi-Fi and a bookshelf with entertaining books provide additional relaxation.

The outdoor area invites you to linger in the sun with a furnished south-facing balcony, on which a table and two aluminium chairs are provided for you. For ski enthusiasts, there is a practical storage room for skis and sledges. There is also a cellar and attic compartment for further storage options and a car park in front of the house for easy access.
