4 room apartement, 95qm (6 beds) in a 2 family house with very nice view. Bus-stop 50m from the house. Large terrace with patio and fire place, balcony. Living-room with fire-place, tel, radio tv, dining-room. Keyholder lives in the house. Pets are not allowed. 2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk beds. Kitchen with hatch to the dining-room, oven, fridge, dishwasher. Fireplace, bath/toilet and separate toilet. Final cleaning CHF 100.00, bedlinen CHF 15.00 per person and visitor's tax are included in the whole amount. CHF 5.00 for bath towls, by request, are cashed locally. Youth people and students without adults have to pay a deposit of CHF 300.00 to the hirer which is in the apartement downstairs! There is a garage and a parking space in front of the garage. Youth and students who are unaccompanied by the parents (at least one person has to be over 18 years), must pay at arrival CHF 300.00 deposit to the tenants of the apartment (Ms. Thiele).

The flat has 4 rooms. 3 of them are bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with double beds and one with bunk bed. There is also one bath with toilet and a separate toilet. The living room ha a big lounge and a dining nook. The balcony and the terrasse are furnished with garden furniture and from there you can enjoy the lovely view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all common kitchen equipment.

Conditions and extras
check-in 3 p.m., check-out 10 a.m. Youth people and students without adults have to pay a deposit of CHF 300.00 to the hirer which is in the apartement downstairs! CHF 5.00 for bath towels, on request, and will be charged upon departure.
