The apartment is located on Via Pattadiras 123 in Laax village and is centrally located near bus station, Volg Shopping, post office, restaurants etc ... as well as the beautiful Laaxer lake. It is a renovated "alpine" roof apartement with large roof terrace and great view of the mountains. The apartment has a large bedroom and a double bed on the gallery, accessible by ladder. Thus, the 2.5 room apartment has to be "not rebuilt" with 4 people occupancy for sleeping. Smaller children have the possibility to use the sleeping sofa in the living room. To the apartment belongs a lockable bicycle storage, a ski room and a laundry room with washing machine and tumbler. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking (possibility to smoke on the large terrace)

Bathroom with window, bathtub, toilet, mirror cabinet, double sink. Hair dryer available.

Living room:
The living room is divided into a cozy dining area with corner bench and a living area with a nice fireplace, sofa, rattan chair, side table and radio & TV.

Terrace:
Large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains. Equipped with lounge, outdoor carpets, deck chair, Azteca oven (only in summer) and small dinette.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic cooker, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, raclette oven, cheese set and meat set.

Inside:
The apartment was renovated by the end of 2017 and is very nice & "stylish" furnished.
