Description

This beautiful holiday apartment is located in a quiet area, yet close to the village centre with shopping facilities and the mountain railways. The free local bus takes you to the valley station of the mountain railways in Laax in just a few minutes; the bus stop is only 200 metres away.
The surrounding garden is available for playing, sunbathing or barbecuing. A barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal.
In winter, the ski room in the basement offers you the opportunity to store your winter sports equipment indoors.
Unfortunately, smoking and pets are not allowed in this flat. Unfortunately, youth groups (up to the age of 20) are also not accepted.

This beautiful 4.5-room holiday apartment is located in Laax village, surrounded by unspoilt nature in a first-class recreational area with a wide range of sporting and cultural activities on offer.
The bright apartment is 85 m² in size and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features a bright and cosy living and dining area and a sunny garden seating area. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils.
The three bedrooms each have two double beds and a large bed (140 x 180 cm) for the children. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. A hairdryer is also provided in the bathroom.
A television, radio and WiFi are available for your use free of charge. There is a washing machine in the adjoining building, which you are welcome to use.

Conditions and extras
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of towels per person are included in the total price, as are visitor's tax, electricity and heating costs.
