Discover the Laax vacation area in a beautiful, approx. 100 m² chalet-style apartment with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms (shower/tub). 2 additional sleeping places on the pull-out couch can be made available on request. Situated directly on the shores of the idyllic Laaxer See and away from traffic, you can enjoy a fantastic view from every room. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by bus. The bus stops directly in front of the house. The village store, the tourist office of Laax, a bakery and butcher's shop are within walking distance. There is also a playground with a rope slide and trampoline, an indoor swimming pool and spa with wellness area, swimming access to the lake, barbecue area, an ice rink in winter and a small children's ski slope - all within walking distance. Perfect for families all year round.The apartment is accessible by elevator without steps and is equipped with two bathrooms, each with WC. Both bathrooms have a shower or shower/bathtub. In the living room, a soft LED fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A TV with internet connection and a Sonos soundbar offer music and movie enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, fondue & raclette dishes, dishwasher, kettle and much more.There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment, which can be used free of charge. The bunk beds are 2 meters long and offer comfortable space not only for children but also for adults. Included in the apartment is the use of the corresponding garage parking space. Bicycles or other leisure equipment can be left in the parking lot in front of the car. In the ski room on the 2nd floor, two pairs of skis and boots can be stored in the locker reserved for the apartment. Otherwise, skis and boots can be stored in the building's ski room.

Tourist tax included, towels & bed linen and cleaning separately. Dogs are allowed and will be charged with 25 CHF/night & dog.
