Discover your ideal holiday home in the cosy and practically furnished 2-room maisonette flat in the Rancho house, located in the Uletsch district of Laax. This holiday flat promises seclusion from the noise of the street and offers a calming view of the forest, which is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Thanks to its proximity to the valley stations of the Weiße Arena Flims-Laax mountain lifts, which are just a few minutes' walk away or can be reached directly from the front door via a free shuttle bus with a guest card, it is the perfect starting point for your mountain adventures.
The interior of the flat fulfils all requirements for a comfortable stay. In the living area there is a pull-out double sofa bed, a spacious dining area for six people, connected to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a swivelling flat screen TV. There is also a shower room with WC.
The upstairs bedroom has a large double bed, two single beds and a second WC with washbasin for added comfort.
Please note that the upper bedroom is accessible via a steep staircase and is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. We recommend that they stay on the lower floor.
Please note: Please bring your own bed linen, towels / sauna towels and kitchen towels!
Outside there is a beautifully maintained complex with a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's playground. Here you are spoilt for choice between relaxing in the sun or enjoying a variety of activities. A wellness area with another indoor pool, two saunas and a fitness room completes the offer, leaving nothing to be desired.
There is also a co-working space and a physiotherapy centre directly in the building.
The flat has its own carport directly at the main entrance. There is a separate storage room for skis, snowboards or mountain bikes.
