Description

Secluded, private and quiet, but in the centre of the Swiss Alps and in the best ski area in Switzerland: this is Casa Campanula.

Built by the grandfather of the current owners in 1968, it is a real gem with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, washing machine/dryer.

Upstairs is the main entrance, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the recently combined kitchen/living area with oversized windows offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. A 200-year-old solid wood table seats 10 people and a 65-inch 4K TV provides great entertainment. From this room you can also access the balcony and terrace, both of which offer complete privacy (no neighbours to the west...) and stunning views of the mountains and valley below.

The lower floor - accessible both from the outside via a separate entrance and via the stairs in the house - has a cosy sitting area, a desk for 2 people, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1x WC, 1x shower). The laundry room with a washing/drying tower and the boiler room with a separate, combined washing/drying machine are also located on this floor. The lower floor also has its own terrace, which is ideal for storing bicycles (power sockets), and is connected to the upper terrace via a natural staircase.

4 of the 5 bedrooms have mountain views - and the only sound you will hear at night may be cowbells. The large, open-plan dining/sitting area invites cosy get-togethers with up to 10 people at one table - or spread out over the room and balcony/terrace.

Whether you're a group of 5 adults who each want their own room, or 3 families of 10 together, you'll love this space. That's a promise.
