This spacious 4.5-room apartment is located directly at the valley station in Laax. It features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one cozy single bedroom, making it ideal for up to 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large dining area. From the terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of the mountains.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this property. Wi-Fi and digital TV are provided free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Additionally, a reserved parking spot in the underground garage is included. The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience. The final cleaning fee is also included in the total price.
