Charming 2.5-room attic apartment (75m²) in Laax Village! The apartment impresses with a large living and dining area, a cozy fireplace, and a spacious balcony. The kitchen is open and well-equipped, and in the bedroom, you have a double bed, as well as a sofa bed for two people in the living area. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. An outdoor parking space is located next door at the neighboring Arena Alva. In the basement, there is a ski room and a shared laundry room. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
