Spacious 4.5-room apartment near the Laax valley station! The apartment features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. With two bathrooms, a large living and dining area, and an open kitchen, it offers ample space for up to six people, making it an ideal starting point for unforgettable experiences in the Flims Laax Falera region.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Free Wi-Fi and digital TV are provided. A reserved parking spot is available in the underground garage, and a laundry room is located in the basement. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, bath, and kitchen towels are included. Laundry services and final cleaning are also covered in the total price.
