Renovated 4.5-room apartment between Laax and Falera! End exciting days in the mountains in the bright and tastefully furnished living room with a fireplace. The apartment features 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the dining area. From the apartment's balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent mountain panorama and a great view of Laax.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available free of charge. The apartment does not have a parking space. Public parking is available about 100 meters away (CHF 12.- / 24 hours). The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
