Equipment and special features of the apartment

The renovated and beautiful 2.5-room apartment is located in the attic of a semi-detached house above Lake Laax, featuring a south-facing balcony with panoramic views. The apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), and two pull-out beds in the common area. The open-plan living and dining room has a kitchen with a dining table for 4 people.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and the TV with Apple TV are available for free. The shared washing machine and dryer, as well as the sauna, are located in the basement. A parking space is reserved for you in the underground garage at Via Spenda (a 5-minute walk from the apartment).

The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.

Location and surroundings

The apartment is located on the sunny side of Laax Dorf and is accessible via stairs from the visitor parking lot. The south-facing balcony offers breathtaking panoramic views and is not far from the Laax Murschetg valley station. The local shuttle bus stops about 250 meters from the apartment (available only in winter). Various shopping, bars, and restaurants are located about 850 meters away in Laax Dorf.
