Cozy 3.5-room apartment within walking distance to the Laax valley station! The apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a queen-size bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the bright living and dining room with beautiful parquet flooring. Additionally, the apartment features a spacious and sunny terrace. Pets are warmly welcome upon prior arrangement!

A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement with coin-operated machines. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
