Our charming holiday studio at Via Prada 7 is the ideal retreat for couples seeking peace, nature, and quality time together. The bright and lovingly furnished studio (approx. 30 m²) offers everything you need for a relaxing break.

The combined living and sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, a dining table for up to four people, as well as a TV and free Wi-Fi – perfect for cozy evenings after an active day in the mountains. The open-plan kitchen is practically equipped with a stovetop, a small fridge with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

One of the highlights is the sunny west-facing balcony where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenic views. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. For added relaxation, the building has its own indoor swimming pool; a sauna (coin-operated) is also available in the basement.

Your vehicle can be conveniently parked in the reserved space in the underground garage (entrance height 2.00 m). For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a storage room in the basement. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin-operated) is also available.

The location of the studio is ideal: peaceful, close to nature, yet central – with direct access to hiking trails, ski slopes, and bike routes. Experience romantic days in Laax and treat yourself to a break in the midst of the magnificent mountain scenery.

Please note: Pets are welcome upon request. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and final cleaning are included in the total price – and the beds are freshly made upon your arrival.

The apartment in Laax is located in a quiet area right on the edge of the forest. Nevertheless, the Laax valley station and the Rocksresort with great shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars are only about a five-minute walk away. The mountain lifts are also in the immediate vicinity.
