Die kleine Wohnung bietet einen Wohn-Ess-Schlafraum mit separatem Eingang sowie eine vollausgestattete, moderne Küche und modernes Bad. Eine Waschmaschine ist für separaten Gebrauch im kleinen Kellerraum platziert. Die Terasse kann mitbenutzt werden. Gut geeignet für 2 Erwachsene.
