3, 5 room apartment (about 85 m2) with 2 bedrooms. A bedroom with double bed (beds can be put apart) and if necessary delivered cot. One bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and additional pull-out bed drawer for fifth bed. If required, 2 extra folding beds can be placed in the living room (for children to teenagers). The apartment has 2 wet cells. A bathroom with bath / washbasin / WC and a bathroom with shower / washstand / WC. The spacious living / dining room has a long wooden table and corner sofa. Smart TV with satellite, Wifi, stereo system with CD / Bluetooth function and landline telephone are available. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, induction cooker and an oven / microwave combination unit, piston- and filter coffee machine.  In the basement there is a private washhouse with washing machine / tumble dryer available. To the apartment belongs a car shelter. Another car can also be parked along the seating area (on the north side).

Beautiful, modern apartment with 2 terraces and a
small private garden in newly created 6-family chalet in Oberried about 3.5 km
behind the village Lenk direction Simmenfälle. The location of the house is
very quiet and idyllic in the middle of the beautiful wide part of the valley.
View of the Wildstrubel and the Simmenfälle. The chalet leads directly to the
winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. The cable car to the ski
slopes of the Metsch/Adelboden region are about 1.5 km away.
