Lucerne city centre. Lake and old town within walking distance, quiet location. New flat with balcony. View of the lake, mountains and historic city wall. This cosy attic flat with charm is in a top location above the old town. It is divided as follows: Living / Cooking: Modern eat-in kitchen and cosy seating area, exposed beams. Balcony with marvellous view. Equipment: Well-equipped kitchen, kitchen towels, washing-up liquid, dustbin included, bed linen and bath towels included. Entire flat with parquet floor. Sleeping: 2 single beds in separate sleeping alcove with large skylight. Car park: Public car park in front of the house in Quartierstrasse. Public transport in the city zone free of charge and included in the stay (guest card) Dogs: With consideration for residents and guests, friendly dogs that do not shed are welcome after consultation when making a booking enquiry.
