Modern, bright, beautiful 3½-room flat (112m2) with oak floor, for 2-4 people, on the 2nd floor, facing west, large balcony with midday and evening sun. Spacious living room with wooden floor with fireplace, satellite TV, radio and WLAN, modern eat-in kitchen with large dining table, induction hob, oven/microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle 2 bedrooms with blackout curtains, extra bed possible, 2 bathrooms equipped with travertine stone The flat has its own washing machine and tumble dryer.

Underground car park included A minimum stay of 12 nights is required over New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

The flat is located in the house Soldanella. The house has a lift. There are underground car parking spaces in the Soldanella (free of charge) - please make a reservation.
Registration takes place at the Hotel Schweizerhaus, where you will receive the keys and all the necessary information.
There is a small grocery shop directly opposite the Soldanella. The post office stop is also only 400 metres away and the bus runs every half hour during the day.
In the Aparthotel Pöstli - opposite the Hotel Schweizerhaus there is a sauna and a finarium (for an extra charge) and a fitness room (free of charge). There is also a kiosk = Maloja Shop in the Pöstli, where you can buy newspapers, books, souvenirs and cakes etc.

Instead of a deposit, we ask for a credit card number with expiry date at check-in.

Excursion possibilities: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Location description: Maloja - The small pass village with an artistic flavour. On the border with Italian-speaking Switzerland, people appreciate the uncomplicated atmosphere, the spirit of famous painters, the nature and culture of a pass landscape. The fascinating interplay of light and shadow has always attracted various artists. Giovanni Segantini chose Maloja as his last home and subject for so many nature paintings. Giovanni Giacometti, the father of Alberto Giacometti, also worked here. Their spirit still inspires exhibitions, readings and concerts in the Belvedere tower or in the Chiesa Bianca. The small pass village on the border with the unspoilt Bergell is popular with hikers, art lovers and families. The Sentiero Segantini invites you to get to know the village of Maloja better. The pizza-baking course for children can be booked at the Hotel Schweizerhaus, there are adventures to be had at the "Capel - the smugglers' trail" adventure park, the "Kukuk" playground is a delight for every child and the Cavloccio lake at 1907 metres invites you to take a dip.
