Description

Spacious, cozy chalet in a fantastic panoramic location just above Pany, in the middle of a large, contiguous agricultural parcel with private access road. Enjoy the magnificent view of the forest, mountains and Prättigau from every room or directly from the large seating area with sun from early to late. Uncovered car parking spaces are available directly at the house. The open-air swimming pool Pany is situated in a fantastic panoramic position and can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Just above the swimming pool is the adventure farm "Chrüzhof". The cross-country skiing trail, 9.7 km, passes directly by the house. The entrance to Riedwies is about 300 m on foot from the house, parking spaces are also available there. You can reach the small ski lift either by ski (no slope) or within 5 minutes by car. Pany is very suitable for novice skiers and children (ski school) who want to learn skiing. Ambitious skiers will find a true paradise of slopes in the immediate vicinity: The Davos-Klosters ski area (Madrisabahn or Gotschna/Parsennbahn in Klosters) can be reached in just 20 - 25 minutes by car. In the village center of Pany (5 minutes by car/zirka 20 minutes by foot) you will find a grocery store (Volg) with many regional products as well as a pizzeria and a Bancomat. The local tourist information is just across the street from the Volg and is ready to help and advise you.
A nice walk leads in summer and winter directly from the house in about 40 min. to the Tratzabeizli (opening hours www.tratza.ch). Near the ski lift is the Restaurant Güggelstein with a beautiful view and good home cooking.
A beautiful excursion destination is St. Antönien - Partnun, (Partnunsee with rowing boats, mountain inns, scooter rental, family climbing garden, barbecue facilities, via ferrata etc.) that you can reach by car in about 30 - 35 min. or by bus, timetable PostBus line 90.222 (Küblis-Pany-St. Antönien).

The chalet is ideally equipped for up to 8 people with the following room layout: On the first floor in the entrance area is the checkroom, the well-equipped eat-in kitchen with oven and ceramic hob as well as dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, Nespresso compatible as well as coffee filter machine. The large living room with comfortable seating area, a sitting area with table and a fireplace (fireplace). Also on the same floor is the bathroom (bath/WC) and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor with 3 double bedrooms (also single beds) and a separate WC with washbasin. In the basement you will find enough space for storing sports equipment etc. as well as an additional WC with washbasin and a washing machine. Please take your own terry linen with you.
