Description

The about 40 year old rustic vacation house is located a little above the village of Pany at a very sunny and quiet location and has a beautiful panoramic view. The free standing house has a very spacious lot with a large patio (patio furniture, lounge chairs and gas grill are provided). In the center of Pany you will find a grocery store, bakery, cash machine and a wonderful pizza place. The center is a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride from the house. The house is accessible by car year round but chains might be required in winter time depending on snow conditions. There are several parking spots as well as a two car garage. WLAN.

Winter sports: Family friendly ski area with reasonable ticket prices. Cross country ski trails and sledding trails are close by. Well maintained winter hiking trails invite you for extensive walks, hikes or Nordic walking tours. You can enjoy the peace and quite of nature on your snow showing or ski tours.

Summer sports: The idyllic public swimming pool is within a 20 minute walk. The area offers many hiking trails and a multitude of mountain biking tours can be started right from the house. The "Re-Ra-Rätikon" adventure hiking trail is considered as one of the highlights in Pany. Various action and play spots are right in the village. 

The adventure farm "Chrüzhof" in Pany welcomes families in winter and summer at any time. Please note that the cows are up on the Alps in summertime. There is a large barbeque place provided by the "Schweizer Familie”.

A very large elegantly furnished living room is located on the first floor. It has a large fireplace, a cozy seating area and dining room table for 8 people and is equipped with radio and TV. Next to the living room is the well equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). A separate toilet is located on the first floor as well. The large patio is accessible through the living room.

The second floor has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms with a double bed even has a master bathroom (with tub) and its own large balcony. Crossing this balcony you will reach the two car garage. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds that can be set side-by-side. There is also another bathroom that has a small bathtub and a washer.
