Welcome to our spacious and tastefully furnished 2.5-room flat in the Engadine, which at 70m2 offers plenty of space for relaxation and well-being. Public transport in the Upper Engadine is included in both summer and winter. Enjoy the sunny, quiet location with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountain panorama and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.

Inside you will find a large living room with Swisscom TV and WLAN, an open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine with capsule and filter system. For cosy hours, there are fondue and raclette dishes, a toaster and a kettle. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 2x 90x200 cm and plenty of cupboard space for your personal belongings. Both a bath/WC and a shower/WC are at your disposal and round off the high-quality interior fittings.
There is also a garage parking space (costs CHF 10 per day), which ideally leads directly to the apartment building and lift.
The outdoor area invites you to linger outdoors with the garden and a spacious garden seating area including a large terrace, table and chairs as well as two comfortable loungers. The location close to the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails as well as the included garage parking space make your holiday excursions uncomplicated. There is a bike and ski storage room in the house for sports and leisure equipment.

Discover the wide range of excursion options in the Upper Engadine: 580 kilometres of hiking trails, 400 kilometres of mountain bike trails, water sports on the Upper Engadine lakes and, in winter, 350 kilometres of pistes and over 220 km of groomed cross-country ski trails. Pontresina is a fine high-alpine resort offering a breathtaking backdrop for mountaineers, culture lovers and connoisseurs. Enjoy carriage rides into Val Roseg or Val Fex and discover the natural beauty of the region in a variety of ways.
