Very nice, spacious 2 1/2 room flat (65m2) on the 1st floor, cosily furnished with lots of Swiss stone pine. Quietly situated. The living room offers space to relax with a cosy couch, 2 TV armchairs, Swisscom TV and WLAN. A balcony with a view of the fantastic mountain scenery, fully furnished with table and chairs, as well as loungers and parasol invites you to linger. The open, modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, large fridge, coffee machine, capsule system (Nespresso), filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fondue dishes and racelette oven. A round dining table with corner bench invites you to sit together in a cosy atmosphere. The bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 x 200), built-in wardrobe and direct access to the balcony offers plenty of space for a good night's sleep. A 3rd bed can be found in a separate alcove in the anteroom. The bathroom offers great comfort in a small space with a shower, separate WC and double washbasin. Shared bike and ski storage and a washing machine can be found in the basement of the house. An outdoor car park is available. The proximity to the bus stop offers the ideal starting point for your activities. Hiking, biking, skiing and cross-country skiing start right outside the front door. In winter you can easily reach the cross-country ski runs on foot.

The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadin sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
