Description

Cosy and bright 2-room flat (approx. 60 m2) on the ground floor, in a sunny and quiet location with an unobstructed view of the garden and the surrounding mountains.
The flat was completely renovated in 2018 and has an oak-furnished living room with sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen with work island, a pinewood double bedroom, a modern bathroom with spacious shower and a balcony with direct access to the garden.
The communal areas include a laundry room, a storage room for bicycles and a ski room with waxing table. A free private outdoor car park is available and the bus stop (lines 1 and 2 to St. Moritz, Samedan, Bernina and Maloja) is a 3-minute walk away.
Quick connection to the ski lifts by public transport: Celerina/Marguns and the Corviglia/Piz Nair ski area (6-minute bus ride), Diavolezza/Lagalb (30-minute bus ride), Corvatsch (30-minute bus ride). The cross-country ski trail of the Engadin Marathon is a 5-minute walk away.
The Muottas Muragl funicular railway with one of the most beautiful views of the Upper Engadine and a toboggan run in winter is a 15-minute walk away.
Direct access to the region's famous hiking trails (Val Roseg, Lej da Staz, ibex promenade) and numerous mountain bike trails.
The sports centre with tennis courts in summer and ice skating rink in winter is a 5-minute walk away. The swimming pool in Pontresina, spas in Samedan and St.Moritz and the golf course in Samedan can be reached quickly by public transport.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
