Description

Located directly on the edge of the forest, very quiet, newly renovated 2.5 room flat with sunny terrace. Kitchen, dining room and living room are open-plan. If there are more than 2 people, the sofa can be converted into a bed. Bathroom with daylight, bedroom with shutters to darken the room. There is a desk in the living room in case you need to work during your holiday. Free high-speed WiFi throughout the flat. The flat and hot water is heated CO2-neutral.
Perfect starting point for bikers, hikers, cross-country skiers and ski tourers. Easy to reach on foot from the railway station within 5 minutes, even without a car.
We ask you to bring your laptop to watch TV. The internet is very fast and we will be happy to show you how to find the most important channels on the internet.
A garden table and garden chairs are available on the terrace.
The Stazersee can be reached by bike in 10 minutes and hiking trails and bike trails start behind the house. The garden invites you to linger and relax, in winter the deer and roe deer come right up to the terrace.
The cross-country ski trail to Val Roseg and the Upper Engadine trail network starts right in front of the house, or even leads behind the house across the property.
The accommodation has a bike/ski room and a hose to wash the bikes.
The sauna in the house can be used on request (10,- per use).
In April and May, the low season in the Engadine, it is ibex high season in Pontresina, where you can observe the animals up close, just above the village.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. We ask you not to let them in the bedroom or on the sofa in the living room or to bring a large sofa cover yourself. Thank you very much.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The four flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.

In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
