Welcome to our spacious and bright holiday flat in the heart of the Engadine! Our cosily furnished 4-room flat of 88 m² with a traditional Swiss stone pine parlour promises a great holiday experience for families with children. Renovated in 2011 and with a new kitchen from 2020, this south-facing accommodation offers everything you need for a cosy stay - and all in a quiet location, just a five-minute walk from the village centre and idyllic hiking trails.

The interior leaves nothing to be desired: The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV, radio, WiFi and a shelf full of books, with a "bring and collect library" inviting you to browse. All rooms have parquet flooring throughout. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. There is a bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into two beds. The bathroom offers a combination bath and shower for relaxing moments.

The outside area of the flat offers practical amenities such as shared use of the washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar by arrangement, a ski room and a room for bicycles in the house as well as a covered bicycle rack in the garden. A car park is available for guests, and the non-smoking flat is also pet-free to make it allergy-friendly.

Pontresina, the fine pleasure of the high Alps, surrounds our holiday flat with old Engadine architecture and elegant hotel buildings from the Belle Epoque. Nestled against a breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountain peaks, including the highest peak in the Eastern Alps, Piz Bernina, the sunny, wind-protected high-altitude resort is the perfect starting point for hikers, climbers and culture lovers. Experience the contrasts of nature on the extensive winter hiking trails, enjoy carriage rides into the picturesque Val Roseg or Val Fex and explore the endless ski runs and the largest colony of ibex in Switzerland in summer.
