The beautiful, completely renovated flat is located in a 3-family house on the ground floor and is centrally located near the village centre of Poschiavo.
The flat has a new kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom with shower, WC and free-standing bathtub. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, dining table and a beautiful fireplace for cosy evenings. Bedroom furnishings (bedroom): Mattresses (2x) 90 cm x 200 cm, duvets 160 cm x 210 cm, pillows 65 cm x 100 cm and a chest of drawers. Kitchen equipment (kitchen): Dining table for 4 people is in the living room, in the kitchen there is a bar with two stools.
There is a private car park (#1) and a covered bicycle/bike shelter (compartment on the far right). There is a washing machine in the cellar for your exclusive use. The Bernina railway station Poschiavo is 750 m away, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The village square (Piazza), with a large selection of restaurants, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The Swiss quality and the Italian style make this region unique, good food at fair prices. The sunny and quiet location and the well-kept garden with barbecue invite you to linger and relax. The house is not completely fenced and the outside area is partly video-monitored.
Many hiking and biking excursions can be started directly from the flat. There are swimming opportunities at Lake Poschiavo, at Lago di Saoseo in Val di Campo, at the many mountain lakes or in the indoor swimming pool in Poschiavo. There are many activities to choose from in summer: Mountain hiking in the surrounding fir and larch forests, mountaineering and sport climbing, glacier hiking Diavolezza, visiting the glacier mills in Cavaglia, mountain biking, fishing in mountain streams and lakes, tennis and minigolf, travelling on the Bernina Railway UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting the Valtellina wine region, shopping in the duty-free zone Livigno, etc.
In winter, the ski slopes (Lagalb/Diavolezza) can be reached by the Bernina railway or by car (less than 30 minutes), Aprica in Italy is also a possible ski resort. Snowshoe hikes can be started directly from the flat, depending on the snow conditions. Sports facilities in the surrounding area: mountaineering, ice skating, hunting, climbing, mountain biking, cycling tours, indoor riding centre, riding arena / riding facilities, skiing (alpine), skiing (cross-country), surfing, tennis.
