Description
A comfortable and practical detached house in a quiet, sunny location on the edge of the village of Prugiasco (621 m a.s.l.) towards the forest, with open views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
It allows you to enjoy tranquillity and the beauty of nature while benefiting from easy accessibility to services (restaurants, shops, pharmacy, first aid station, petrol station, ATM and post office are a ten-minute drive away) and to the valley's footpaths and hiking trails.
Outside, in addition to the car park with two parking spaces, there is an ideal area for relaxation, with a sunny garden and a cool, sheltered pergola with granite table.
The garden leads to the interior, which comprises (in addition to the laundry room, which also serves as an atrium) two levels: the living room floor with a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette with four hotplates - plus two additional hotplates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator - an additional, larger refrigerator with freezer compartment is available in the laundry room), lounge area (with TV and radio), two bathrooms (WC with bath/shower) and the sleeping floor with cloakroom and two bedrooms (one double and one with two bunk beds).
Functional and cosy furnishings are available in all rooms. Changing table, bouncer, high chair and bed for children up to 3 years of age are available on request.
Notes: non-smoking house; no pets allowed; rooms on the ground floor are not for rent and are reserved for the owner/carer; Wi-Fi Internet connection. A charge is made for each bag of pellets consumed with the use of the pellet stove.
