The flat offers a comfortable 2 ½ room facility, perfect for up to four people. A cosy double bedroom and two practical folding beds in the spacious living room guarantee a restful night's sleep. An invitation to relax can be found in the fireplace corner with a wonderful view to the south of the skiing and hiking area. The fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine as well as a coin-operated washing machine in the cellar leave nothing to be desired.

Outside, a reserved parking space awaits you in the underground car park. Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the practical ski room. The location is ideal for active guests - the nearest chairlift leading to the skiing and hiking area is just a 5-minute walk away.

The area surrounding the holiday flat offers a wide range of activities. Whether fishing, mountaineering, golfing, mountain biking, horse riding, tobogganing, alpine skiing or cross-country skiing, there are activities to suit every taste. The centre of Sörenberg, with its post office and VOLG supermarket, is a leisurely 10-minute walk away. In winter, a free sports bus, which departs every 30 minutes directly from the front door, facilitates access to all valley stations and the centre.
