Description

Welcome to our sunny and quiet 2.5-room flat, which is located in the heart of the Upper Engadine and opens the gateway to the National Park. Built in 2005, our flat underwent a partial renovation in 2024 and was completely refurbished and refurnished. The fresh and well-kept interior creates an ideal accommodation for up to two adults and 1-2 children, with a total of three sleeping possibilities, which serves as the basis for unforgettable holiday experiences.

The interior includes a spacious living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a family of four. The sofa doubles as a sofa bed. A 43" TV and Netflix streaming service are available for your entertainment, complemented by a small active speaker for musical accompaniment. The bedroom has a double bed, an extendable children's/teenager's bed and plenty of storage space. Our bathroom, functionally furnished with standard cleanliness, and a work area with a height-adjustable table and comprehensive technical equipment complete the interior design of our cosy flat.

Workation: For guests who work, there is a fully equipped workstation with high-speed internet at 100 MBits/s, height-adjustable desk with 27" screen and 4K resolution, keyboard, mouse, camera and headset.

The outdoor area impresses with its idyllic view of the surrounding mountain landscape from the living room, which invites you to linger. Despite the proximity to the Rhaetian Railway and the main road Via Maistra, which is less busy thanks to the new bypass, you can enjoy peace and quiet. An underground car park is available for your car, with direct lift access to the flat. A storage room for skis, snowboards or bicycles provides additional comfort during your stay.

The surroundings of the Upper Engadine, located directly on the Inn, impress with their original charm and the wide range of activities on offer. S-chanf, a village with strong Romanesque roots, offers access to breathtaking hiking trails in the Swiss National Park, a variety of sports activities in the Engadine lakes and first-class cultural offerings. In winter, 350 kilometres of first-class ski slopes, groomed cross-country ski trails and unique panoramic hiking trails attract winter lovers from all over the world.
