The flat is barrier-free, equipped with a new shower, which is also suitable for wheelchair users, and a lift. There is also a communal washing machine in the building (only after consultation with Nadine Schommer).

Car park no. 5 is available directly in front of the house, and the flat is barrier-free, so that guests with limited mobility can also feel at home here.
