Welcome to our cosy 3.5 room ground floor flat in Samedan, a lively village in the heart of the Upper Engadine. Perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet but still want to enjoy the benefits of centrally located accommodation, our flat can accommodate up to 5 people and has its own garage space. A large garden with seating area invites you to relax, while the flat's charming Swiss stone pine interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The interior is designed for comfort and practicality. In the living room you will find a corner bench made of Swiss stone pine, a large slate table and a comfortable seating area, ideal for cosy evenings. TV, radio and telephone provide entertainment. For your sleeping comfort, there is a double bedroom and a 3-bed room with a bunk bed. The kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with another corner bench, dishwasher and fridge, while the bathroom has a shower/WC. The entire flat is lovingly decorated with Swiss stone pine furniture.

Outside, the flat offers a balcony with windscreens, which invites you to linger even on windy days. The spacious garden with seating area allows you to fully enjoy the tranquillity of the place.
