Welcome to Fam.Kleinstein-Maass. Our house is located in the idyllic and quiet village of Plan. With about 30 inhabitants the smallest village in the middle of the Samnaun valley. We are 2km away from the village of Samnaun.1 minute to the stop of the ski bus, which takes you comfortably to the mountain railroad or to the Apres Ski and back again. Our cozy and lovingly furnished apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. The comfortable two and a half room apartment with balcony is approx.55 m2. The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed. A wood stove with a cozy Samnaun stove couch provide a feel-good atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom / WC. Free Wlan. Bread roll service. Final cleaning CHF: 95.00. Tourist tax from 17 years 4.00 per person per night. One minute to the ski bus stop.
