Welcome to your next holiday experience with the Kleinstein-Maass family. Experience unforgettable days in the idyllic and quiet village of Plan, the smallest village in the heart of the Samnaun Valley with around 30 inhabitants. Our charming holiday flat is located just 2 km from Samnaun and has a convenient bus connection to the mountain railway for your skiing fun or après-ski.

Our cosy flat, furnished with attention to detail, awaits you on the second floor of our apartment building. It offers a comfortable two-and-a-half room flat with balcony, ideal for couples or families. Relax in the living room with a pull-out sofa bed, which offers space for an additional person or two children. A wood-burning stove, complemented by a typical Samnaun stove couch, provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom/WC round off the living area. Free WLAN is also available, and we offer a bread roll service for a perfect start to the day.

Outside, you can enjoy the idyllic tranquillity and fresh mountain air directly on your balcony. Immerse yourself in the peace and tranquillity of the smallest village in the Samnaun Valley, which offers you an authentic and relaxing retreat. The short distance to the ski bus stop ensures easy access for your alpine adventures.

Discover the cultural centrepiece of the village, the valley museum "Chasa Retica", which impressively documents life in the Samnaun Valley from the 16th to the 19th century. Enjoy the charm of a small village where there are no hotels but only a few romantically situated holiday flats next door to the locals.
