The apartment building is located in low traffic, sunny, quiet hamlet of Ravaisch - in Samnaun. The house has 5 cozy, rustically furnished apartments  for 2-6 people, with telephone, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi access. Ski room with boot heater.
We also offer bread service.
Outdoor parking and parking garage are available for free.
A few steps to the bus stop from SamnaunBus- for free - brings you to the double-decker train or to the neighboring villages,f.e. to the Alpenquell. In summer, the starting point for numerous hiking.

Our tip for those who do not like to be Saturdays in the traffic jam:
Arrival and departure in winter from Friday to Friday possible.
Summer anytime.

Our studio for 2 persons (no. 4) is a small attic flat and consists of: Living-bedroom with double bed - kitchenette (cooker with 4 hotplates, oven, filter coffee machine, dining table with 2 chairs and a recliner, shower/WC - hairdryer, clock radio, balcony.

W-LAN - Internet access and SAT-TV.

We would like to point out that this attic flat is slightly lower in height in places due to the sloping roof! (see photo)
