Description
This 3-room holiday flat directly on the beautiful Lake Sarnen offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. An unobstructed view over the entire lake, magnificent views of the mountains, a large sunbathing lawn, steps to the lake and a fireplace.
The hiking area and cycle tours are right on the doorstep. For motorbike tours or city visits, the destinations are in the immediate vicinity or within easy reach.
Good public transport connections. Distance to the railway station and village, shopping centres 1 km.
In winter, the flat is centrally located between various winter ski areas:
Melchsee-Frutt, Hasliberg, Engelberg and, for families with children, the Mörli-Alp in Giswil.
With two bedrooms and the living room, the flat offers space for a maximum of 6 people.
The accommodation
Large, well-kept garden with private steps and "pebble beach" for swimming fun. Barbecue area, plenty of tables and seating for all residents (mixed use).
Chemine cottage for approx. 6-8 persons with barbecue with motor (2 kg meat). Beautiful mahogany rowing boat with 6 hp motor for hire. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room (adjoining room). Additional toilet accessible from outside. SUP, stand-up paddleboard hire (currently 1 piece).
2 bicycles are available for hire.
Other sports and leisure facilities: In and up to Lucerne fitness centre, indoor swimming pools, Lungern shooting range, own motor rowing boat, fishing at and on the lake, fishing trips: Melchsee-Frutt, Lungerersee, Seefeldalpsee (Älggialp), mini golf, golf course in Kerns, brine bath and wellness in the Wilerbad etc.
Excursion possibilities: Entire Pre-Alps and Alpine region, cities such as Lucerne, Zurich, Basel with corresponding cultural offerings
