Newly renovated in 2017, the house presents itself in a unique Grisons style, very well maintained and optimally tailored to the needs of holiday apartment guests. Inside, the studio is lovingly furnished with lots of local wood. The floors are covered with fine parquet and the bathroom shines with high-quality Vals quartzite tiles. The kitchen also impresses with its solid wood furnishings and offers everything you need to be creative on holiday.

Outside, the house is in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Sedrun and the train station. From here you can easily reach the large ski slopes, which you can reach either by train or car within a few minutes. For guests who love nature, a hike along the young Rhine is a great option, and for the little ones, the children's ski lifts can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. In summer, a bathing lake just a 15-minute walk away is perfect for a refreshing dip.
